ABOUT ME
Who I am
I've always had a talent for cooking. Ever since I was a child, I'd follow my mother, originally from Puglia, in her culinary preparations. On Sunday mornings, I loved making puff pastry and handmade pasta with her. From pure passion, I then turned it into a profession, which I honed in Emilia Romagna and Piedmont, where I broadened my experience and learned the tricks of the trade.
Over 10 years of experience in restaurant teams, with another decade dedicated to private and home service. I've had the privilege of hosting celebrities, where I've demonstrated the utmost discretion.
I speak, read, and write both English and French fluently, which has allowed me to have a variety of experiences. The one I remember most proudly was serving a week of dinners in a private villa on Lake Como for the great Google vice president of advertising, Mr. Lawson, and his wonderful family. They were on vacation on Lake Como and requested my presence there to try Italian cuisine revisited in a healthy, traditional, and original way, such as buckwheat flour gnocchi with tomato sauce. https://www.youtube.com/shorts/AnuYxD27374

I also wrote a storybook that became a recipe book, unconventional, without procedures and quantities.

their collaboration to create this book with the aim of donating funds to the association led by Walter Galliano, the Italian National Friendship Onlus, NIDA.
The book consists of 5 stories structured according to:
who is the character,
how I contacted him and finally
how I arrived at the recipe.
Unique recipes, specially designed for my 5 STARS.
If other characters would like to lend themselves to this particular project of mine, I would love to be able to create a series about it.
